Maintenance method of air filter

Filter element inspection and replacement cycle:

1. Clean or replace the main filter element when driving 10000km (5000km in dusty area) or when the alarm light is on. Before replacing the main filter element, the cleaning times shall not exceed 5 times.

2. When the main filter element needs to be replaced, the main filter element and the safety filter element shall be replaced at the same time (the specific cleaning times shall be determined according to the actual working environment of the vehicle and the dirty degree of the filter element). The safety filter element can only be replaced without cleaning and maintenance.

To replace the air cleaner element:

1. Pull up the buckle of the filter end cover and take the end cover.

2. Turn by hand and pull out the filter element.

3. Use the reverse procedure of disassembly to install all parts.

Cleaning method of filter element:

Use compressed air, blow from inside to outside, and clean. The compressed air nozzle must move up and down at a distance of about 1cm from the filter paper on the inner side of the filter element, and rotate the filter element at the same time. The pressure of the compressed air cannot exceed 0.5MPa.

Inspection method of filter element:

Turn on the light and put it into the filter element to observe whether there is damage or small hole. And check whether the gasket is damaged. If there is any abnormality, replace it.
