Notes for installation of sealing strips for doors and Windows:

Glass installation is not in the middle, glass with the window frame gap is not uniform, rubber seal is not close to the glass and window frame, installation is not flat. There is a loose sound when you knock the glass with your hand. Reasons for this:

1. When installing the glass, do not clear the sundries in the slot timely, so that the glass and the slot are not in the right place.

2. Uneven gap between glass and glass slot, poor contact between rubber strip and glass and glass slot, protruding glass slot, easy to pull off the sealing strip by hand.

3. The rubber strip is not broken at the corner, and there is no glue.

The corrective measures are:

1. Before installing the glass, the sundries in the notch should be carefully cleared, such as mortar, brick chips, wood blocks, etc., when the glass is placed, it should be carefully aligned to ensure that the gap on both sides is even, and fixed in a timely manner, to prevent collision displacement, deviate from the notch center.

2. The rubber seal strip should not be pulled too tight, and the length of feeding is 20-30mm longer than the assembly length. Installation should be inlaid in place, the surface is straight, and glass, glass slot close contact, so that the glass around the force uniform. In the corner of the rubber strip should be made bevel disconnect, and at the break of the injection adhesive firm.

3. When fixing the glass with sealant, rubber strip or rubber block should be used to squeeze the glass, leaving a glue gap, the glue depth should not be less than 5mm, before the glue curing, the glass should be kept from vibration.
